Ihre Aufgaben
- You contribute to VSM performance by delivering data insights with meaningful visualizations translate business needs into digital solutions in order to foster data-driven decision making in Operations.
- You extract actionable insights from production and performance data in collaboration with the business.
- You implement automated solutions to decrease manual reporting efforts Collaborate cross-functional to deliver harmonized, efficient solutions and exchange best practices
- You develop tools and dashboard in an agile way.
- You organize and lead deployment of technical solutions in local or cross perimeter.
- Data Analytics Pool Developer for SA CAF perimeter.
- Focal Point for digitalization topics in local VSM.
- Change Manager in context of digital transformation.
Ihr Profil
- You have a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Aerospace, International Management, Business Administration or Comparable Qualification.
- You have detailed specialist knowledge in Python, SQL, MS-Excel, MS-Project, MS-Office and SAP.
- You have knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Java Script and Skywise is required.
- Proven track record of Data Analytics / Data Science.
- You have Project management / Performance management skills (LBIP, Agile... etc.).
- First experience in production environment, production governances and processes.
- Experience in or curious about Skywise analytics (Contour) and KPI definitions.
- Knowledge about productional cost driver, financial system and KPIs.
- You communicate fluently in German and English.
